1. Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the conditions for using the services provided on the OurSplit website ("Service"). Users ("Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is not liable in the following cases.
- Damages incurred due to downloading third-party content through this site or accessing linked sites operated by third parties
- Damages caused by unauthorized alteration of this site, unauthorized access to data, computer viruses, or other wrongful acts, even when reasonable security measures have been taken
- Any damages arising from the use or non-use of this site (including information provided by the Service), including mental distress or financial losses
Even if liability is found, it is limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, and to direct and ordinary damages.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes regarding the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Service's head office.
