1. Budget & Members

Decide "How much per person". Too high makes it hard to join; 3,000-5,000 yen is standard.

Don't spread the invitation too wide. People not close to the person might feel burdened.

2. Collect Before or After?

Collecting "After Purchase" (Amount Fixed) is recommended.

Collecting beforehand risks needing small refunds if it was cheaper.

Tell them "Approx XX yen", then inform the exact amount with the receipt after purchase. For very expensive items, collecting beforehand is safer for the buyer.
